Hello, I’m Charlotte
Welcome to Earth Flow Yoga, my calm, little haven where I quietly do all the things I've always wanted to.
My main offering is my classes, which are designed to bring you back to your own nature. These classes are the accumulation of my decade long practice, half of which I've been a teacher. I've learned from fellow teachers, students, and, most importantly, my intuition.
The reason I teach is to give you all a quiet hour (ish). During this time, my wish is that you also realise all the things you've always wanted to do.
My classes are for you
My classes are for you / healthcare workers
An hour (or more) for you - it is essential
We spend our lives focussed on outside roles and paces, holding space for colleagues and patients
Let me hold space for you
Put your comfy clothes on
Get on your mat
Loosen your grip on the day / the accumulation of the days
Let your practice accumulate / let that hold you
My classes are for you / anxiety and depression
An hour (ish) for you without your worries
There’s no ‘bad at yoga’
You just have to show up
It’s always enough
Remind yourself that you can play, trust, know yourself

Research
2025-2026
Yoga and Mental Health
We hope to deepen our understanding of the science behind yoga to improve its potential and implementation in healthcare.
We’re building a research project which explores the impact of yoga on wellbeing and the brain. Unique to our study is the use of EEG in a natural setting over 10 weeks. We measure changes to EEG activity both at rest and during the activity to find brain markers for positive responses to yoga in patients with mild-moderate anxiety and depression.
